As we continue in Romans chapter 8, we learn once again that suffering is part and partial of being human and a Christian, but this suffering is not without hope and purpose. This suffering cannot compare to the glory that will be revealed in us as the sons of God. Everything that happens in this life is moving towards the completion of conforming us to the image of Jesus Christ and our ultimate glorification at His coming. Suffering and working for our good go hand in hand, so do not lose hope Christian. God is still sovereign over His creation.
Join us this week at New Covenant Reformed Church as we learn that all things work together for good to those who love God and are the called according to His purpose. Suffering and working for our good is the next sermon from the book of Romans.
